I like feeding people. Especially dessert. I’m a retro sort of baker; old fashioned comforting sweets. I make scrumptious pies and divine devil’s food cake. My cookies are out of this world.
The photographer for Williams Sonoma asked me to bake for his food styling shoot. From sweets to savory, I have styled everything from chicken and fish to vegetables and beverages for clients such as Safeway, Chronicle Books, and C&W Frozen Foods.
I love to collaborate with others as interested in food as I am. I test and develop recipes, for myself and others. I also conduct education seminars for Thermador, a manufacturer of stoves and ovens - it’s important to them that people become more knowledgeable and comfortable in their kitchens.
My own kitchen is in San Francisco. Work travel is on my agenda. I handle challenges and deadlines with ease and flexibility. I look forward to hearing from you.
